Return Policy: In Store Policy: We will gladly exchange or issue a store credit on any regularly priced stocked merchandise. Items must be returned within 5 days of purchase, must be unworn, in new/original condition, manufacturers tags/labels/warranties attached, and have your sales receipt. All sale items are final sales, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom or special orders can not be returned or exchanged.
Internet/Web Sale Policy: All items are new and must be returned to the shop in the same condition -- unworn, in new/original condition and all manufacturers tags/labels/warranties still attached. An Internet/Web order can only be returned after given verbal authorization within 2 days or 48 hours of receipt -- please do not call the store requesting an exchange or store credit if you had the item longer than 2 days- thank you. The item/s being returned must be shipped via Priortiy Mail at your expense. Some items will need to be insured. Additionally, the item/s must be packaged with the same care as you received them. Returned items will be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Upon receipt in the store, Upon recipt of the returned product, we will gladly issue a store credit for the cost of merchandise less the restocking fee (the expense of shipping will not be refunded/credited). All sale items are final sales, and cannot be returned or exchanged. Additionally, custom or special orders can not be returned or exchanged. Thank you for your understanding.
